Pre-Certification Assessment
Pre-Certification Assessment is necessary to ensure you are well prepared for certification. This requires a one-day on-site visit to meet with key people involved in your management system and to review appropriate documentation and information systems. If required, we can provide a one hour presentation to senior management at the outset of the pre-Certification Assessment to ensure that they understand and are fully supportive of the efforts to achieve BS 8901. We would require the use of a projector in order to present to senior management.
Following the Pre-Certification Assessment, a report will be issued to you confirming where your system already meets the requirements of BS 8901 and identifying where work is needed to improve the system. The report will include recommendations on how to address the gaps. We will provide you with the appropriate tools and templates from our BS 8901 Checklists and Toolbox to enable you to address the gaps that have been identified.
Once the gaps in your system have been addressed, and evidence has been generated to demonstrate that the system is operating effectively, you will be able to progress to the Certification Assessment.
