For organisations with little knowledge or experience in BS8901 then the recommended route is to undertake some initial training which can either be via an in-house one day training course or our webinar programme.
Following the training, you would initiate the required changes to the management system. We will provide you with access to our BS 8901 Checklists and Toolbox to provide you with a quick start on your road to BS 8901
Once these changes have been implemented, we would undertake a Pre-Certification Assessment to assess whether your management system is ready for certification. A report is issued identifying the main gaps and making recommendations for improvement.
Once the recommendations have been implemented, then we would conduct the actual Certification Assessment leading to certification to BS 8901
